There are wood floors throughout and the space and is kept impeccable. There is a complete stainless steel kitchen at your disposal with fridge, stove, oven, utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, and more available to you. There is white quartz countertops throughout.
The bathrooms are equally as amazing. There are white quartz countertops and modern furniture inside as well as enough space for you and and your other half. The space is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

This is a quiet condo. Expect to be able to think, be at peace, and play outside.
This a private home and as such it is to be maintained impecable. There is no cleaning fee and if left unkempt, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. You must clean after yourself after every use of the kitchen. Wipes and cleaning materials are available freely.
You will have access to the washer and dryer.
Please keep curtain to your room closed at all times.
There is a supermarket across the street for you to make grocery purchases. The food in the home are for the owners.
