Dreality Customer Cancellation Policy

At Dreality, we understand that plans may change, and guests may need to cancel their bookings. This policy outlines the cancellation terms and any applicable fees for reservations of homes, yachts, cars, jet skis, private chefs, and other services booked through our platform.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

The cancellation terms vary based on the type of booking and the timing of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued based on the structure outlined below:

Homes, Yachts, and Other Lodging Accommodations:

  • Within 48 hours of check-in or after check-in: No refund.
  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the reservation amount.
  • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund, minus service fees.
  • For long-term stays (28+ days): Refunds are based on the non-refundable portion of the reservation covering up to the next 30-day period.

Vehicle Rentals (Cars, Jet Skis, Yachts, and Other Transport Services):

  • Within 24 hours of the start time: No refund.
  • Between 24 hours and 7 days before the start time: 50% refund.
  • More than 7 days before the start time: Full refund, minus service fees.

Private Chefs and Experience-Based Services:

  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled service: No refund.
  • Between 24 hours and 7 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
  • More than 7 days before the scheduled service: Full refund, minus service fees.

Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Situations Where Fees May Be Waived

Dreality understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Customers may be eligible for a fee waiver under the following conditions:

  • Major Disruptive Events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions preventing travel.
  • Unforeseen personal emergencies such as a death in the family or a serious illness, with documentation provided.
  • Extenuating circumstances requiring documentation and review.

If a cancellation qualifies for an exemption, the customer will need to submit proof, and Dreality will determine if any fees can be waived.

Modifications & Rebooking

  • Guests may modify their booking dates based on host availability, but additional charges may apply.
  • If a rebooking request is made instead of a cancellation, the host may allow the reservation to be moved to a different date without penalty.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests should cancel as soon as possible if they cannot proceed with their reservation to allow hosts to adjust their availability.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may impact a guest’s ability to book in the future.
  • Providing false statements to obtain a refund violates Dreality’s Terms of Service and may result in account restrictions or termination.

This policy applies to all cancellations made on or after the effective date. Any updates to this policy will be communicated in accordance with Dreality’s Terms of Service.
